When Do the CFL Playoffs Start in 2025?
The 2025 CFL Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Saturday, November 1, with the Division Semifinals. The Division Finals follow on Saturday, November 8, and the season wraps up with the 112th Grey Cup on Sunday, November 16, at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
How Many Teams Make the Playoffs in the CFL?
Six teams qualify for the postseason. Three teams come from the East Division, and three come from the West Division.
The top team in each division receives a first-round bye. The second and third-place teams face off in the Division Semifinals. Winners advance to the Division Finals, and the final two teams meet in the Grey Cup, the league’s championship game.
